Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Passwise (“Passwise”, “we”, “us”) operates an access-management platform that helps sports venues, gyms, malls, offices, and other spaces manage bookings, visitor access, and digital passes. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account or sign in.
- Business information — details you provide when registering a venue, gym, mall, or office space, including business name, contact details, and the type of space you operate.
- Booking and access data — bookings, check-ins, passes, memberships, and visit history associated with your account.
- Usage data — log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the platform.
3. How We Use Information
- Operate the booking, access, and pass-management features of the platform
- Communicate with you about your account, bookings, or partner requests
- Review and approve partner requests from businesses
- Maintain the security and integrity of the platform
- Improve and develop new features
4. How Information Is Shared
- With the organization you interact with — when you book, check in, or hold a pass at a specific venue, gym, mall, or office, that organization can see the information needed to serve you, such as your name and booking details.
- With service providers — we use third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, and similar infrastructure, under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing those services.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Passwise, our users, or others.
5. Payments
Passwise does not currently process payments on behalf of businesses or customers. Where a booking, membership, or ticket requires payment, that payment is handled directly between you and the business you’re dealing with, using that business’s own payment provider. Passwise is not a party to, and is not responsible for, those payment transactions.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. You may also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
8. Children’s Privacy
Passwise is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
